Our recipe; Suitable for 18-20 cm mold.
Water glass:
200 ml.
▪️ 500 grams of labneh cheese
▪️ 1 pack of cream (250ml)
▪️ 1 cup of sugar
▪️ 3 eggs (2 with large eggs)
▪️ 2 heaped tablespoons of starch (corn starch)
▪️ 1 packet of vanilla

For the bottom base;

▪️ 250 grams of biscuits (I reserved 5 for the top)
▪️ 1 full tablespoon of butter (melted and cooled)

For the above;

2-3 tablespoons of Zühre Main Caramelized Biscuit Cream (You can adjust the amount as you wish)

How is it done?

◾ Melt the butter and let it cool. Let's melt it without getting hot (on low heat),
◾ Let's pass the biscuits through the rondo and add the cooled butter,
◾ Mix until it is like wet sand,
◾ Let's pour it into a clamped mold covered with greaseproof paper,
◾ Let's fix it by pressing with the back of the spoon or with the help of a glass,
◾ Let's put greaseproof paper under the mold and wrap it with aluminum foil, put it in the freezer for half an hour,
◾ In the meantime, let's prepare our cream. For the cream, strain the labneh cheese and put it in a mixing bowl,
◾ Let's add sugar and cream and mix with a wire whisk by hand (just whisk until mixed),
◾ Add the starch and vanilla and mix,
◾ Let's add the eggs one by one and beat until just mixed, be careful not to mix too much,
◾ Let's pour the mixture into the mold,
◾ Let's add 2-3 glasses of water to a tray or a heat-resistant container and put it at the bottom of the oven. (in order not to crack while cooking),
◾ Let's cook for 60 minutes in a preheated 170 degree oven,
◾ When we provide the tray, the middle shakes slightly, if the edges are fixed, it means it's done.
◾ Leave the oven door slightly open and let it cool for 30 minutes. Let's rest for a night or at least 6 hours if possible,
◾ Let's heat the Zühre Ana Caramelized Buskiwi cream in a bain-marie or microwave oven to make it fluid and pour it over the cheesecake,
◾ After pouring the Caramelized Biscuit cream, let's put it in the fridge for half an hour,
◾ Let's decorate it with the biscuits we have separated and serve. Good luck to those who will try it.

TRICKS; Cheesecake ingredients must be at room temperature. Let's not open the oven at all for the first 50 minutes.
