Usage Instructions

You may drink our vinegar by adding 3 teaspoons to a glass of water, or you can use it in salads and appetizers. It can be consumed at any time of the day, on an empty or full stomach.
It can be used as a skin toner by diluting with water.
It acts as a natural body cooler when mixed with an equal amount of water, stored in a spray bottle, and kept in the refrigerator.
Dip a cotton swab into the rose vinegar and apply it to acne-prone areas, leave for 15 minutes, then rinse.
It can also be used as a mouth rinse for gum problems by diluting with water.
