Usage Information
1 scoop (7ml) per day for children aged 4-10, 1 scoop (7ml) per day for adults aged 11 and over, 1 scoop (7ml) in the morning and evening for adults aged 11 and over. It is recommended to consume 2 scoops (14 ml) per day.
