RETURN CONDITIONS

Sales made through our website are subject to the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation, and the provisions of this law-regulation apply.

Returning the products in compliance with the following conditions will facilitate the completion of transactions quickly:

You need to contact us through the contact information regarding the product you will return and report it. Products sent without a return notification will be returned to the customer.

In cases where labels affixed to the box of the products by the importer or manufacturer, vacuum or jelly packaging are opened, return requests are not accepted.

The return must be made within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date of the purchased product without opening, damaging, or using the product.

The return period of 15 days does not apply to products removed from their original packaging and used, and used products are not accepted for return. Product return conditions apply only if the product is not used.

According to Article 4 of the Consumer Protection Law, "Goods that are contrary to the qualities specified in the promotion and usage manual or in the advertisements and that contain material, legal, or economic deficiencies that reduce the benefits expected from them are considered defective goods. The customer has the right to return, reduce the price, free exchange or free repair of the product within 30 days of the delivery date of the defective goods. "

To benefit from the rights stated above by notifying the defective goods;

If the features of the product are different from the advertised features, or if there are deficiencies in the product communicated in the advertisements that reduce the benefit expected from the customer, for example, the product falls into the category of defective goods.

The customer must report the defective goods within 30 days.

In the event of defective goods notification, it is determined whether there is a misuse report of the product by the importer with a report. If it is determined that there is user error, the customer cannot benefit from the rights.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to Article 8 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract by returning the product within fifteen (15) days after receiving the product, without assuming any responsibility and without giving any reason. According to this, the customer has the right to return without any reason within 15 days after receiving the product. Customers who use the right of withdrawal make their return by paying the shipping fee. The shipping fee for defective products belongs to the seller.
